Pros:	Good collection of quality pics and videos, many updates.
Cons:	Design could be improved a bit, costly

If you are looking for just legal teen babes videos and pictures "18eighteen"
will surely rock your world.
This is a magazine site so most content are online back issues, looking at their content it seems they have added all of the 18 Eighteen issues, one magazine once a onth from 2001 to the present, but you will also find older version of their magazine called BabyFace from from 1998-2001.
Together that makes a huge online collection and justify the $29.95 monthly price.

You can find pictures by browsing through the issue number/date, or by the model's index if you know the name of the girl.
The pictures are scanned and not shot in digital format, but the quality is still good.
If you are familiar with these magazines you know what kind of girls they use, and know that they are all natural teen girls.

Videos are offered in Quicktime and Windows Media formats and all have good quality.

To sum it up 18Eighteen is a quality teen site with loads of content and update with new pics and videos about every 5 days.
The price is a bit high, but you get real quality and lots of it in return - I recommend.
